- Excellent Material Performance: Made of high-quality PVC composite material, it has good corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of sewage and common chemical media in underground environments. It maintains good elasticity within the temperature range of -35℃ to 60℃, without brittleness at low temperatures or softening at high temperatures. Its tensile strength is ≥10MPa, elongation at break is ≥250%, water absorption rate is ≤0.5%, and hardness (Shore A) is ≥65. All performance indicators meet the requirements of GB/T 18173.2-2014 Polymer Waterproof Materials - Part 2: Waterstops.
- Reasonable Structural Design: Adopting a W-shaped cross-section design, the middle rib enhances the longitudinal tensile deformation capacity of the waterstop, while the flanges on both sides increase the contact area with concrete, effectively blocking water seepage channels.
